Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with the item please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item to receive a return authorization.

- If merchandise ordered is under $50.00 it is considered a final sale and not returnable (excludes shipping).

We confirm item receipt date before returns are authorized. Item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Due to the nature of the wedding and event industry it is important to follow these guidelines, as returns will not be accepted after the above stated timeframe.

15% Restocking fee on returns that are accepted outside our normal return policy.

-SAMPLES are FINAL SALE

-SALE Items are FINAL SALE (any item purchased on sale is a final sale-no exceptions)

-Bulk Orders are Final Sale

-We do not offer exchanges.
- We do not refund original shipping charges unless the order is being returned due to damage.  If the return is because the customer changed mind then return shipping is the buyers responsibility and not refundable.
-We do not price adjust.

-Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Gallery360 Designs reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

RUSH ORDERS are Final Sales and rush fees are nonrefundable!

Refunds will not be issued it the item is lost, damaged, and not in its original condition. I recommend all returns should be sent back with a delivery confirmation.  

Items should be returned to the address that we provide after we approve the return. Returns will not be accepted if they do not fall within the timeframe we allow. No exceptions.
