Shipping and Delivery Info


When will my order ship?

All orders are handmade and MADE TO ORDER- this means orders do not ship immediately. 

ORDER STATUS: During Peak Wedding Season April-October, our production time can run between 10-14  business days (M-F) from the date you order with an additional 2-3 days in transit. Please check your order date before sending multiple emails to follow up on the status of your order as this only slows down production. In an effort to keep production running on time so that we can get everyones orders shipped on time we answer emails between 8 and 9 am daily. 

Should you need your order quicker than our normal production time please contact us with your need by date and if our schedule allows and we have the time needed to product and ship the item to arrive by your need by date we will do our best to accommodate. 
However  rush fees and Expedited Shipping fees may apply.  Rush orders are shipped 48 hours after the order is placed and rush orders can not be cancelled, rush fees are non-refundable.

2. What are considered Business Days?

Monday thru Friday are business days. Our studio is closed on Holidays and Weekends, and we do not ship on these days.



All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail or Fedex: 

Shipping rates are based on the weight of the item being shipped : Please note shipping prices are not negotiable.

Should you want expedited shipping, insurance, and delivery confirmation additional charges will apply.

All orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. It is the buyers responsibility to provide a secure place for your package to be delivered. We ship to the address provided and if you pay via pay pal to the Confirmed pay pal address, again it is the buyers responsibility to make sure your shipping address is correct, we are not liable for lost packages due to address issues, and your order will not be replaced or refunded. 

Once a Item is confirmed delivered it is out of our hands, we shipped to the address provided and we can not be held responsible if the packaged is confirmed as delivered, which is why we ship with delivery confirmation. If a package is stolen or misplaced we are not responsible, as we have proof of shipment and have proof of delivery. If you can not locate the package that has been confirmed delivered you will need to make a claim with USPS directly not us, but we will not replace a package that has a delivery confirmation and tracking that states the package was delivered.
