Our Return Policy

Because most items are made to order and often customized,most sales are a final sale.  However, in the event that the item is not custom we will issue a store credit to be used on a future purchase.

If you’re unsure about something before you order, don’t hesitate to email us at stacy@gallery360designs.com — we’re happy to answer questions and help you feel confident in your purchase.

A Few Friendly Reminders

All samples, sale items, and rush orders are final sale.

Rush fees are nonrefundable.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We do not offer price adjustments.

Store Credits are offered on items not personalized or custom made.

A 25% restocking fee will apply on some returns.

Refunds won’t be issued for items returned damaged or without approval.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Please note: Returns must be pre-approved. Items sent back without approval or outside of the return window cannot be accepted.
